NEED ANA-BUDDIES! Binge + thinspo

I'm such a fucking fatass. Due to depression of having learned that I like a gay guy, of course I go for two cups of chocolate soymilk, a few cream wafers, and a few spoonfuls of Nutella! My daily calorie total is like 1,700ish or so. Kill me now. Need some thinspo and some Ana-buddies. I made an Ana-buddy today, which is great! If anyone else is in need of someone to motivate them, I'm not one of those mean people, I will keep you going and just need someone to talk to, and hope you'll do the same.

She looked perfect in The Thieves.
 
Okay so she's not the skinniest girl ever but the fact that she lost so much weight for her video Ice Cream is huge motivation to me!

    I am a male coach. I use body checks and, will be happy to tell you why. I also use discipline, again happy to tell you why and, to tailor it to what works on you - this requires your honesty and, your trust.

    I don't know about other coaches and I don't care. I also don't know or care about people offering up critiques of them here. I don't see how that helps you lose fat?

    I will not be able to work with anyone who starts off with things they can't or wont do - that's not an interest to me. I am supportive of you because I want to see you skinny. I don't just send meanspo because even if you think it works on you, we know it's not effective long term. Support and encouragement are effective in the long term. However, if you mess up, I do discipline you, in harsh ways, I want mistakes to be more painful than feeling hungry is to you.

    I will not apologize for my methods, I don't force ana or my coaching on you, I offer them to people who are finally serious about losing fat and becoming the person ana wants them to be.

    I will not work with you if you're on a diet. I will not work with you if you think ana is something one chooses rather than an illness one has. You need support in what can be a lonely time.

    I really do use awful methods of discipline - often people leave rather than face them, or quit after a few because they're so hard. I'm tired of fakes and wannabes - if you're serious then email me.

    Include: age, height, weight and goals. What you're doing now to lose. I also want a pic included, I need to know you're serious and real. If this isn't for you, good you're not a disordered eater and you shouldn't become one or try to. If you know you need degradation, humiliation and pain as well as support and someone to help you when ana is silent, then email me.

    I hope you each get what you work for and what you deserve and that's to be happy in your skin.
